Kreno Coloring Machine is used for coloring and rewinding of optic fiber. There is a auto-centralizing unit for the fiber pay-off.The traversing unit with photoelectric sensor assures even take-up without overlaps. Temperature, Pressure, UV power supply are auto-tracking and are shown and adjustable on the sensor display. The Nitrogen supply and ventilator power are manual controlable.The machine is controlled by Siemens PLC system with sensor display.
 
Kreno Fiber coloring rewinding machine is mainly used for full color chromatography coloring of SM and MM fibers, which is convenient for identification of multiple fibers in the PBT fiber tube or micron cables. At the same time, the device can also be used for rewinding segmentation of optical fibers.
With the rapid development of optical communication technology, the amount of fiber optic cables used in optical communication systems has also increased rapidly. After drawing the optical fiber, in order to facilitate the identification of multiple optical fibers in the beam tube during subsequent processing and use, the method of coloring on the surface of the optical fiber is generally used. The fiber coloring and rewinding line is a production device that colors the surface of the optical fiber. It can also be used for fiber rewinding.
The equipment consists of stand, initiative pay-off, pay-off & take-up tension control, coating system, UV light curing oven, counting pulling, take-up & ranking, anti-static and other devices.
